Schedule photos

Click on the book now buttons to schedule, sign contract, and pay for  your listing photos. Make sure to book when your client is ready! Booking can happen as little as 2 days notice.

STEP 02

 

Fill out property questionnaire

By filling out the property questionnaire it will give me a better idea of how to photograph your listing. If you have a link to a previous listing of it or would rather send a voice memo of your thoughts on it you can do that too!

STEP 03

 

Picture time

After confirming that your clients have readied the home by decluttering, removing personal items, and securing the animals, then I will document the property showcasing all the best it has to offer. The whole process could take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on the size of the property. You as the agent do not need to be present and can trust your client is treated with respect and dignity.

Turn around time is 1 week and well worth the wait. Next day front of property is provided.
